For our client, we are looking for the following professional profile:

MARKETING & SALES MANAGER PHARMA

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up and organize the business development activities in line with the defined strategies, by researching, developing, implementing sales opportunities and marketing plans.
  • Acquisition of new customers: active research and managing the new opportunities and new customers according guidelines
  • Managing the staff and resources (Brokers, Customer Care employees, and Sales & Marketing department budget)
  • Reporting to the General Manager.
  • Strong cooperation with General Manager, Technical Director, R&D, Supply Chain Manager and Financial Controller. Collaboration and communication with Headquarter US Sales & Marketing Team.
  • Collaboration with Production Manager, Finance Team

Job Duties

  • Acquisition of new customers, research and managing relevant opportunities, involving the organization at the right time with the right information
  • Achieves sales objectives. Preparing and completing action plans (planning, developing, implementing, evaluating advertising, organizing exhibitions and trades promotion) in line with the strategy defined with the General Manager
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by managing customer services team.
  • Short (quarter), middle (year) and long term (5 years plan) planning of sales and marketing activities.
  • Preparing and follow up annual budget with scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, follow up customer needs, initiating corrective actions, resolving problems and others
  • Determines annual sales quotas for customers; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities and trends by identifying consumer requirements for new products, by defining new market, improving product definition, improving product packaging. All these in collaboration with the internal partners.
  • Support investment with sales trends, product evolution and trends
  • Find & promote synergies & optimization by promoting the right products/packaging
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Protects organizationís value by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales representative, in the food, health, pharmaceutical or chemical industry
  • Established connections with key players in the a.m. fields
  • Strong intrapersonal skills
  • Bachelorís Degree in Business and Marketing or related field
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing (understanding of the customer)
  • Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent spoken and written English
